Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship anywhere. We ship from our workshops in Switzerland or France. Orders to the EU including UK are shipped from France so that there is no import tax.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We also offer gift wrapping with a luxury Tallis gift box and ribbon for an additional fee.
How long does shipping take?
Please note that for shipping outside Switzerland or the EU, local customs and duty may be payable upon delivery.
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with the tracking information you need. If you have any questions about your order at any point, just email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond on the same day.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days, during which time we can offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in an unused and saleable condition, and must be in the original packaging. To make your return, we require proof of purchase. Please forward your sales confirmation email to email@example.com and request a refund or exchange. We will then give you an address and instructions to send the product back to us. Once your item is received, we will notify of approval or rejection of your refund and, if applicable, details of the refund. We will also refund you the cost of the returns postage.
