Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship anywhere. We ship from our fulfillment centres in Switzerland, United Kingdom, Singapore and United States.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We also offer gift wrapping with a luxury Tallis gift box and ribbon for an additional fee.
How long does shipping take?
Due to the ongoing Covid19 situation, our deliveries may take longer than these stated times.
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you have any questions about your order at any point, just email us on shipping@thetallis.com and we will respond on the same day.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days, during which time we can offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in an unused and saleable condition, and must be in the original packaging. To make your return, we require proof of purchase. Please forward your sales confirmation email to returns@thetallis.com and request a refund or exchange. We will then give you an address and instructions to send the product back to us. Once your item is received, we will notify of approval or rejection of your refund and, if applicable, details of the refund. We will also refund you the cost of the returns postage, if applicable. Returns postage cost is refundable for all items except for clearance or sale items.
